Delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?
Delivery Attempts: Our courier partner will make three (3) attempts to deliver your order.
Scheduling: They may contact you via call or email to schedule a delivery time.
Failed Delivery: If the third attempt is unsuccessful, the order will be returned to our facility.
Re-Delivery Fee: A flat 7 KWD fee will be assessed to process and arrange the reshipment of any returned order.
Are there products I cannot return online?
You will not be able to make an online return request for any Ordaraat store furniture you've ordered.
Please check our returns policy for a full list of products you can't return.
I just cancelled an order. When will I get my refund?
If you've paid for your order by credit or debit card, your refund will be credited to your card or bank account.
Your bank or card issuer may take an additional 4-15 business days to process the transaction.

What is the store policy on returns?
We understand that you may need to return an item; we are happy to process returns for eligible purchases made through the Ordaraat store.
General Return Requirements:
Timeframe: Non-furniture items must be returned within 15 days of receipt.
Condition: Items must be in their original, unused condition, returned in the original packaging, and include the original invoice, along with all accessories and promotional items that came with the order.
The following items are not eligible for return:
Damaged, worn, or modified products (even if under warranty).
Products that have been used, assembled, or installed, unless they are proven to be faulty.
Pre-assembled products, unless the return is due to a verifiable manufacturing defect.
Note on Exchanges and Faulty Items:
Exchange: We do not offer a direct exchange service for different colours or sizes; to swap an item, you must return the original product for a refund and then purchase the desired replacement separately.
Faulty Items: The Ordaraat store retains the right to examine all returned items for defects. Should we identify a manufacturing flaw, we will, at our discretion, either repair or replace the faulty item.
Can I still place an order for a product that is currently out of stock?
Unfortunately, if a product is out of stock, we will be unable to deliver it.

Do you deliver outside the State of Kuwait?
The Ordaraat store offers products and services worldwide; however, in strict compliance with the laws of the State of Kuwait. We are unable to process or fulfil orders to any jurisdiction currently subject to sanctions imposed by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC).
